Delivery Policy

All purchases will be sent out via 2nd class Royal Mail, within 1-3 business days. Wholesale or commissioned items will have longer processing times - this will be discussed upon ordering. Once the parcel has been sent out, we have no control over processing times or the damage the package may incur. Should your items arrive damaged, please contact upon opening. 


Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refund Policy

Refunds are accepted within 14 days after purchase if the product is deemed faulty. Please contact via the contact form or email to discuss.

Cancellations are accepted and must be requested before the item has been dispatched by contacting via the contact page or emailing
